systems while demands on latency, robustness, and energy efficiency tighten. 5G promises to meet these demands and is currently
attracting extensive research interest from both industry and academia.
Corresponding standardization and field deployments of 5G have been conducted, yet there are many challenges that need to be resolved
which are brought with the 5G mobile networks, such as those surrounding software defined wireless networks, big data and IoT in 5G,
energy efficiency and spectral efficiency, or interference mitigation and resource management. The aforementioned technologies need to
be further researched to support 5G and future wireless networks.
This Special Issue encourages high quality papers that advance the state-of-the-art and practical applications of 5G technologies. This
Feature Topic will bring together academic and industrial researchers to identify and discuss the major opportunities and challenges in
applying 5G technologies to the understanding and designing of modern network systems
dark side of the online information and address the mechanism and strategies to overcome the root cause of fake new through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Deep Learning (DL). Thanks to the latest innovation in Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning, which gives deeper knowledge based on previous history. Therefore, keeping the view of the latest innovations, we believe that this is a topic of challenges faced by multidisciplinary, i.e., computer science, marketing, management, biological science, etc.

Special Issue “Advances in Machine Learning and Mathematical Modeling for Optimization Problems”
https://www.mdpi.com/journal/mathematics/special_issues/Mach_Lear_Math_Mod_Optim_Probl
Important Dates
Manuscript due 15 June 2022
Aims and Scope
Machine learning and deep learning have made tremendous progress over the last decade and have become the de facto standard across a wide range of image, video, text, and sound processing domains, from object recognition to image generation. More recently, deep learning and deep reinforcement learning have begun to develop end-to-end training to solve more complex operation research and combinatorial optimization problems, such as covering problems, vehicle routing problems, traveling salesmen problems, scheduling problems, and other complex problems requiring more general simulations. These methods also sometimes include classic search and optimization algorithms to machine learning, such as Monte Carlo Tree Search in AlphaGO.

Important Dates
Manuscript due 25 Aug 2022
Journal of Smart Environments and Green Computing (JSEGC) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal.
Aims and Scope
Energy management is becoming a rising component of industry strategy; especially vehicle companies are looking closely at their energy profiles to distinguish chances for economical cost reduction, decarbonization, elasticity, and resilience. They adopt energy management techniques and weigh onsite resources, such as renewable energy and energy storage. Meanwhile, personal internal combustion engine cars are among the key contributors to global warming and suffer from limited fuel resources. As the vehicle is of high importance for modern life, efforts are being made to make vehicles more sustainable. Until now, numerous power systems for hybrid vehicles have been under consideration. It is likely that several solutions, including batteries, supercapacitors, and fuel cell-based solutions.
In this SI, we are receiving contributions related to Smart Energy Management for Hybrid Vehicles Systems. Important keywords include smart energy, electric vehicle, hybrid electric vehicle, energy management, energy storage (batteries, super capacitors, fuel cells, and internal combustion engine), recharge, autonomous driving, driving cycles, and energy need prediction.
